The first rotary pipe machine made at Corsetti factory. (1950)

Founded on 1902 for over 40 years Corsetti is ahead in it'sfield of manufacturing concrete pipe-maLing machinery.

The first patent for a rotary concrete pipe machine was taken out in the earlyfifties and since that time others were following up thanks to progress of new technologies.

The concrete pipe machines "Vibropress" Corsetti series LCM are worLing in a combined process of vibration and compression, all moulds are equipped with high-frequency electrical vibrators which give tofinished products exceptional mechanical cha racteffstics due to the high leve l of compacta tion of the concrete.

All "Vibropress" are really convenient i. e. minimum electrical consumption, low maintenance and greatflexibility, while to change production all moulds are removable and quickly replaceoble, furthermore they require only one unskilled operator to run.

Corsetti plant is situated at Borgo San Michele (Latina) on area of 20.000 sq. m., 2.500 of wich are daly covered for the workshop.

To realize it's products Corsetti joins its traditional artisan experience to the modern technology. This enable Corsetti to always ensure an accurate production.

The design of eoch pipe-maling machine tokes into consideration all particular needs of customers such as the products to be produced, kind of materials to be used fo r the man ufactu ring of the p ipe -making machine, the fulfilment of the regalations existing in the country where the installation will be delivered.

The above has allowed a good performance of Corsetti pipe-making machineries in all foreign markets where a large part of the production is regularly exported.

The adoption of all fulfilments for foreseen by the european directives concerning the protection of the health, the safety, the environment and the quality ensurance belong to the Corsetti strategy to always improve it's products for the whole satsfaction of customers.
